Our Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) empowers Decentralized Finance (DeFi) traders by enhancing connectivity for better trading decisions. In the decentralized world of DeFi, strong connections are essential, and we are proud to have Coinbase as one of our investors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop offerings that capitalize on the profit opportunities for validators while creating valuable solutions for searchers.
- Implement strategies to optimize performance and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class blockchain solutions.
- Share insights on best practices for working with validators and traders, particularly concerning Ethereum (ETH).
- Engage in special data analysis projects as needed.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience designing, building, testing, and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems.
- At least 3 years of experience in the blockchain domain.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Blockchain MEV (Maximal Extractable Value).
- Familiarity with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS.
- Background in trading is a plus.
- Proficiency in the Go programming language.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A creative, independent mindset with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership, along with being a great team player.
- Ability to read and modify core blockchain code (such as geth, bor, prysm, etc.).
