About the Role:

• Assist in the operation of concrete manufacturing equipment under supervision.
• Handle and transport raw materials, such as aggregates and cement, to designated areas.
• Participate in basic quality control activities, such as visual inspections and basic testing of concrete products.
• Keep the production area clean and organized; assist in routine maintenance tasks as directed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Provide assistance to machine operators and senior production staff as needed during production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Collaborate with other production team members to achieve daily production goals and targets.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to concrete production processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the production workflow.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues, progress, and any other relevant information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to safety protocols
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
