Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive growth, enhance customer lifetime value (LTV), and boost retention through impactful email and SMS marketing strategies. In this role, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle marketing channel, working directly with the Head of Growth to implement data-driven campaigns that make a measurable difference. This is a remote, part-time role, requiring approximately 16-24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Health Management: Oversee key channel metrics, including spam rates, deliverability, and unsubscribe rates, ensuring optimal performance and customer engagement.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular analysis and reporting on channel health and campaign effectiveness, translating insights into strategic actions.
Campaign Development & Execution:
New Customer Conversion: Create campaigns to attract and convert new customers.
Cross-Selling & Upselling: Drive customer value by developing initiatives to cross-sell and upsell relevant services.
Customer Retention: Develop strategies to retain existing customers and deepen brand loyalty.
Win-Back Initiatives: Re-engage former customers with campaigns designed to renew their interest.
Brand Consistency: Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistently represented across all email and SMS campaigns.
Qualifications:
Lifecycle Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in executing lifecycle marketing campaigns, ideally within a D2C environment.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics, with a strong track record of using KPIs to drive strategic improvements.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign goals.
Platform Experience: Familiarity with Customer.io or similar lifecycle marketing platforms is a plus.
Compensation:
This role offers an hourly rate of $50.00 - $80.00, with a commitment of 16-24 hours per week. Our compensation structure is market-based, and the salary may vary depending on your experience, expertise, technical skills, and location.
