WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Data Governance Manager to lead our data governance function, actively contributing to the development and evolution of the Relias Platform (Relias’s SaaS product) and the Relias Intelligence Hub (our Data Lakehouse and AI engine). This role will ensure high data quality, consistency, and compliance with industry regulations, working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver tangible improvements across the platform. The ideal candidate will move beyond theoretical governance practices and directly impact platform capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing operational efficiencies.

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
