Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries with courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail, following client instructions and ensuring a positive experience.
Use online resources to deliver accurate, up-to-date, and efficient information, providing clear guidance to customers.
Listen actively to callers, identifying opportunities to share additional relevant information and enhance the customer's experience.
Respond to customer questions with confidence, ensuring they have all the information they need.
Apply your healthcare knowledge in every interaction, delivering helpful and relevant support.
Accurately document each customer interaction in the system to ensure seamless follow-up and recordkeeping.
Navigate and utilize technical systems, including desktop applications, call center phone systems, and online resources, with efficiency.
Consistently meet department standards for quality assurance and performance metrics.
Handle confidential information with care, following established protocols and exercising discretion.
Ensure a stable and reliable internet connection, with the ability to connect via an ethernet cable (cellular data is not supported).
Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Certification in a healthcare-related field.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and strong writing abilities.
A passion for providing top-notch customer service.
Proficiency in using computers, navigating the internet, and multitasking between various software and tools.
Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working.
Successful completion of a background check.
Reliable internet connection for remote work.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment.
Experience with Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one (required for some government clients).

Salary: $ 16.00 22.00 Per Hour
