Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced call center environment. You will act as a primary point of contact for customers, offering support, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues that require internal escalation.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policy changes to provide informed assistance.
• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and customer management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
