Job Description

Fuji Bakery Interbay/Elliott in Seattle, WA is looking for a bakery production associate to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 1030 Elliott Ave W. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Schedule:

4am-12pm or 9am-4pm

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $23 - 26 / hr (includes base pay plus expected hourly tips)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a variety of baked goods
• Execute recipes accurately
• Produce a fine products that meet food safety and Fuji Bakery’s quality standards
• Complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
• Observe, maintain, and address issues to prevent and reduce waste
• Work cleanly and keep the workspace organized and clean at all times.

Qualifications

• Some Food industry experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
• Capacity to remain upright for 8 hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail and enjoys learning
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to manage time well: Can stay organized, work well under pressure, multi-task
• Knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients 
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Passion for baking and creating high quality baked goods Fuji Bakery is known for
