Wilson & Company is seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, development, and optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management system (HCM). You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, providing analytical support, and managing HRIS projects. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong technical and analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of HR processes. Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day support for HCM (Workday), troubleshooting data and system issues, researching configurations, recommending solutions, and implementing timely improvements and fixes.
- Manage and administer Workday for the company, ensuring a clean tenant, maintaining security permissions, and assisting others with HCM questions or functionality.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for assigned Workday modules to enhance functionality, process efficiency, and user experience.
- Develop and maintain Workday functions such as performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, benefits, and employee relations.
- In collaboration with leadership, lead HCM scheduled release configurations, communicate priorities, perform fixes, and ensure new functionality works as expected.
- In collaboration with leadership, lead and execute mid-sized HR projects/initiatives from design through implementation and provide project support on enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain end-user documentation and Workday training materials.
- Assist in maintenance and audits of user accounts and security protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills: - Proficiency in Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Required Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Workday HCM.
- Experience in HRIS/HCM implementation, configuration, and support.
- Familiarity with HR processes and practices, including payroll, benefits, and talent management.
- Proven track record of managing HRIS/HCM projects from inception to completion.
