Club Pilates is a well-established, nation-wide brand committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community. We offer group reformer classes in a variety of formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and reach their fitness goals.
POSITION:
The Manager will handle memberships through all stages, including lead generation, converting prospects to members, and retaining members through customer service. The Manager is also responsible for cultivating a safe and positive environment for our team and members and ensuring that the studio is always welcoming, orderly, and professional.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Confident in generating personal sales.
- Ability to drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
- Friendly, outgoing, and engaging.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
- Strong personal skills to manager team and balance the needs of both the employees and the studio.
- Professional, punctual, reliable and organized.
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the phone and via email.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with computers and studio software
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
- A genuine interest and appreciation for fitness.
- Reliable transportation.
DUTIES:
- Generate leads and build brand awareness through local events and social media.
- Communicate with members and prospects via phone, email, and text.
- Convert prospects to members through sales process.
- Schedule prospects and members into classes.
- Provide great customer service and a positive member experience.
- Engage with clients and build relationships to support community development.
- Implement Club Pilates policies and procedures.
- Collect payments for products and services.
- Directly coordinate with vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
- Maintain visual displays of retail, studio literature, and decor.
- Ensure all studio and administrative supplies are stocked and accessible.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Pilates Studio.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of exercise equipment.
- Assist and support instructors and staff with daily needs.
- Facilitate all aspects of studio operations.
- Any other duties as assigned.

OPERATIONS:
- Studio coverage will be split between multiple staff members.
- The studio will be open seven days a week.
- Staffing needs extend from the early morning through the evening.
- Studio hours are subject to change.
- There will also be off site events at various times.
- Weekends are required.
- Must be available for Soft Opening and Grand Opening events.
