Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a senior role. Strong sense of creativity, visual design, and commercial awareness. Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D Design tools). Proficiency in design tool (Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator) Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience in retail industry. Knowledge of space planning and layout design. Ability to interpret sales data and incorporate it into merchandising strategies. Visual Merchandising Strategy Development Design and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies that reflect the brand's identity and enhance the overall shopping experience. Work closely with the marketing, retail, and product development teams to create seasonal themes, product layouts, and displays that drive engagement and sales. Ensure that all visual displays align with the brand's message and goals. Store Layout and Display Management Plan and execute visual setups for new product launches, sales events, and other promotional activities. Ensure consistency in product presentation across all store locations, adjusting to store-specific layouts while maintaining a cohesive look. Conduct regular store visits to assess the implementation of visual standards and provide feedback to store teams. Trend Analysis and Competitive Research Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously improve merchandising approaches. Make recommendations for visual updates based on current trends and seasonal changes. Collaboration and Leadership Lead and train visual merchandising teams on best practices, product placement, and design principles. Provide clear guidelines and support to store staff to maintain visual standards. Collaborate with the regional and global teams to ensure alignment on brand strategy and visual merchandising goals. Budget and Expense Management Plan and manage all expenses related to visual merchandising activities. Take full responsibility for creating, monitoring, and controlling the VM budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with budgetary goals.
