Here's how a Senior BIM Modeler for our Civil Infrastructure office contributes to our team: This position will be located at and supporting on the projects in El Paso, Texas as part of our Integrated Construction Technology department. You will be working with likeminded ICT specialists on critical water/wastewater infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing all VDC coordination efforts between all trades and scopes. This consists of running weekly coordination meetings, clash detection, RFI development, model document control, supplemental 3D modeling, building systems (mechanical/electrical/plumbing) coordination, and construction sequencing as needed. Responsibilities * Sets responsibilities for model coordination efforts based on construction schedule * Facilitates weekly coordination meetings * Sets up, manages, and trains model management for all stakeholders * Identifies potential clash detection issues and communicating these items to the project team * Ensures multidiscipline construction technologies (including models, tools, and practices) are current and standards are being adhered to. * Promotes the use of virtual construction tools and processes to the project staff * Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders * Translates 2D drawings and specs into complete 3D/4D Models * Trains project operations staff to use various software programs * Other duties as requiredQualifications The successful candidate must have graduated from a recognized architectural, engineering, or construction management program (minimum 2-year program) Additional qualifications include:

• Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Newforma (BIMTrack). Knowledge of P6, Synchro, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Civil 3D, Robotic Total Stations, Laser Scanning, Virtual Reality, Sketchup, and Lumion are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in 3D Modeling
• Ability to read construction drawings and understanding the scope
• Excellent oral and written communication, multi-tasking, and leadership skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a team and have a collaborative spirit
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
