We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to oversee the development and execution of performance-based marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth by leveraging a variety of performance marketing tactics. The ideal candidate for this role will have expertise in strategic marketing development and a variety of performance marketing tactics (both online and offline).
Job Duties:
· Develop and manage marketing broad-based strategies to drive top-line revenue growth.
· Oversee full suite of social media campaigns including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and Influencer campaigns with a keen focus on ROAS.
· Create and direct wide-ranging Media planning and buying approach spanning broadcast, digital video (CTV, OTT), and web display.
· Advance web visibility across digital landscape by leveraging website and GMB including the implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy.
· Develop and execute grassroots and gorilla field marketing tactics in specific geographic areas, working closely with market General Managers.
· Oversee short duration PR plans in local geographics areas through media outreach as well as relationship building across specific target market segmentation groups.
· Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
· Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
· Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
· Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, media, digital, or other performance-oriented channels.
· In-platform execution experience setting up and analyzing campaigns in Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
· Deep understanding of data or data modeling in order to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
· Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
· Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
· Outstanding presentation skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong project management skills.
· Critical thinker with creativity.
· Experience working in event-based marketing a plus.
· Experience working in franchise systems a plus.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
