Job Description

United Wound Care Institute is the country's leading mobile wound care company with operations in 12 States.

The positions are for experienced nurses in our rapidly growing Phoenix (West Valley Area- Phoenix, Peoria, Laveen, Buckeye, Surprise, Sun City, Glendale) market representing a critical part of our care delivery team.

Our company is dedicated to healing wounds and employs a unique multi-disciplinary model across care environments. You'll be responsible primarily for seeing patients in their homes in your respective area. We are on the cutting edge of the Wound care discipline, utilizing advanced techniques including artificial, stem-cell and growth factor skin substitutes which you'll support assessment, staging and preparation of the patient in the comfort of the patient's living room.

You must be willing to be trained in advanced skin substitute and debridement techniques. You'll be supported by a regional clinical and operations team backed national clinical leadership who will oversee cases and assure extraordinary clinical quality.

This position has a very strong compensation model for the right candidate. Base salary is above industry standard with high incentives for performance.

Qualifications for this position:

Registered Nursing Degree

Ability to and willingness to travel, treating patients in their homes with an expectation of about 5 visits a day.

Experience in Wound care is a plus but not necessary.

Expertise in debridement is a plus but not necessary.

Blood draw capabilities is a plus but not necessary.

Deep drive for greatness and to help build something amazing and do whatever it takes to succeed.
