Your Role
This is a fully remote position. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive sales growth. You'll manage various aspects of marketing, including campaign development, customer engagement, and lead generation. Collaborating closely with the sales team and external partners, you'll ensure our products and services are effectively positioned and communicated. Additionally, you'll track customer behavior and industry trends, using data insights to refine marketing strategies. This role also includes managing the marketing budget and reporting on the performance of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Lead market research projects to better understand customer needs and preferences.
Develop customer personas and segmentation to effectively target audiences.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to ensure market share growth and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement through promotions, communications, and programs.
Act as the primary point of contact for external brand agencies and consultants.
Design and execute campaign strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
Maintain an annual marketing calendar with key activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to inform strategies and enhance the customer journey.
Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and ensure consistent, high-quality communication.
Create training materials and conduct sessions for sales, clinical, and other teams as needed.
Manage relationships with external partners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead initiatives to understand customer needs and develop go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products.
Develop, test, and implement brand messaging, marketing materials, and campaigns.
Regularly report on marketing activities and performance to leadership.
Monitor the competitive landscape to identify new trends and opportunities.
Manage project timelines, ensuring smooth execution across departments.
Maintain a variety of marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, social media, webinars, and events.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on management and campaign execution.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Experience working with creative agencies and digital marketing platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and experience reporting to leadership teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
Passion for the mission and technology that drives our work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desire to continuously learn and improve.
Experience in the senior living or healthcare industry is a plus.
Familiarity with G Suite, Office 365, project management tools (such as Monday.com or Asana), HubSpot, and Slack.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with a collaborative spirit.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
