Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior All-Source Analyst to support intelligence analysis efforts. This entry-level position involves assisting in the review and synthesis of multi-intelligence data to develop reports that inform national and global defense strategies. Whether you're starting your career with a degree or bring hands-on experience, this role offers a foundation for growth in the intelligence field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis of all-source intelligence data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Support the preparation and delivery of defense reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and interpret intelligence reports to ensure accuracy, relevance, and value.
• Use basic imagery interpretation skills to identify objects and contribute to defense-related assessments.
• Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality analytical products.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) with no prior professional experience, OR
• Four (4) years of relevant professional experience with no degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance, or ability to obtain SCI access and successfully pass a polygraph.
• Foundational knowledge in imagery interpretation and object identification is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Target Salary Range

$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
