Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) is seeking a proven, high performing
Inspection Operator to fill this key role supporting a dynamic and growing joint venture. Ours is a noble mission with a vision and purpose focused on production of Iron Dome/SkyHunter major end items to fulfill requirements of identified worldwide customers.

The selected candidate will be responsible to provide technical support to the quality and quality engineering (QE) function to conduct quality control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. Capture and analysis of statistical data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards is also required. This position is an onsite role.
Responsibilities to Anticipate : - Performs repetitive and routine inspections, checks, tests and sampling procedures of standard parts, units, equipment, or materials.
- Performs inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well-defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/or electrical measurements.
- Reworks or rejects subassemblies or finished products as required.
- Performs audits to ensure standards of quality are maintained.
- Documents the results of the inspections and testing.
- Coordinates calibration of test equipment and fixtures.
- Assists with inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Basic Qualifications : - High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Oral and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow directions and document information.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: - Preferred Education: Vocational/Technical Training Degree
- Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9000 systems a plus
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite a plus
- DoD SECRET or higher security clearance.
Work Location: Camden, Arkansas (relocation support available)
Travel: 0 - 5% mainly within the United States.
