Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree In a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and professionally related experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Entry level.

Position Purpose :

Assists in promoting a positive work culture by upholding the corporate values, provides assistance in issuing timely and reliable business conduct advice, and investigates simple allegations of misconduct.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Conducts simple internal investigations of suspected misconduct under general supervision.
2. Reviews employee records, writes reports and maintains investigative case files. .
3. Assists in the development and delivery of training programs related to business ethics.
4. Assists in the implementation of employee communication strategies.
5. Leads others by example in upholding the corporate values.
6. Provides assistance to external auditors .

Additional Functions:

1. Assists in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance. .
2. Maintains appropriate documentation. .
3. Participates in various employee input/communication activities (round-table discussions, surveys, focus groups, etc). .
4. Conducts research of emerging trends within the profession. .

Perform other duties as assigned.
