As a Customer Service Advisor, You Will:
Assist customers over the phone, via email, and through live chat with their orders and any inquiries they may have.
Navigate our computer systems to place and research customer orders while documenting conversations and actions taken.
Collaborate with your teammates to ensure a positive customer experience.
You'll Excel in This Role If You:
Take ownership of customer interactions and inquiries.
Are comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
Are committed to understanding our processes and procedures.
Approach problem-solving proactively and positively.
Possess strong communication skills.
Have experience shopping online.
Have previous call center experience (not required).
Have a background in automotive restoration (a plus, but not essential as this role primarily focuses on assisting customers with orders).
Work Schedule:
Various schedules are available throughout the day, with a highest priority need for shifts from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
Work Location:
Onsite (Pottstown, PA) or Remote: If you choose to work remotely, a minimum speed internet connection is required. Computers will be provided, and you should have a distraction-free environment.
