Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter for a six-month contract role. This role is 100% onsite (Queens- Long Island border), close to LIRR.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Recruit for a variety of positions (construction project managers, building managers, corporate positions, etc)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to update job descriptions.
• Adapt hiring strategies to market trends and conditions.
• Optimize recruitment tools (ATS, job boards) for efficient outcomes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring.
• Build external partnerships and represent the company at events.
• Strengthen the company’s online employer brand in partnership with marketing.
• Conduct candidate references prior to offers.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

 

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ATS System(s).
• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to meet deadlines.
