Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Community Relations Assistant to join our team at an entry level. In this role, you will support our community engagement initiatives, help build and maintain relationships, and contribute to the success of our community outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Community Engagement: Support the planning and execution of community outreach strategies and events.
• Relationship Management: Help build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Event Support: Assist in the promotion and marketing of fundraising and community events.
• Representation: Represent the company at community meetings, events, and activities as needed.
• Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including managing communications, tracking engagement activities, and preparing reports.
• Customer Service: Offer excellent support and service to community partners and event participants.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm: Genuine interest in community relations and outreach.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Organization: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience: Previous experience in event planning or community outreach is a plus, but not required.
