**Full-Time Community Manager Position**
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our residential community. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to residents and overseeing various operational aspects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day leasing operations and ensure all community requirements are met.
- Inspect the community regularly and maintain the condition of vacant units to minimize rental arrears.
- Oversee financial reporting, supplies, and communications for the community.
- Respond promptly to resident concerns and ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and keep accurate financial reports.
- Supervise community maintenance and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with community policies and lease agreements.
- Manage community personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Coordinate marketing activities and understand market dynamics to impact occupancy and income.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support community operations.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in multi-family community management or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to market communities effectively.
- Working knowledge of property management software (e.g., Entrata).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Bilingual skills and relevant certifications (e.g., CAM, ARM, CCRM) are a plus.
