Job Title : Call Center Representative (Claims Dispatch and Customer Service)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative with expertise in dispatching emergency claims and handling day-to-day claims to vendors within our contract network. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, including a professional tone, effective voice inflection, and the ability to manage a high volume of claims-related inquiries. This role involves following up on requests, ensuring timely resolutions, and maintaining strong communication with both vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Dispatch : Manage and dispatch emergency and day-to-day claims to vendors within the established contract network, ensuring that each claim is processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Customer Service : Provide high-quality customer service with excellent tone and voice inflection, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every customer interaction.
  • Request Follow-Up : Follow up on claims and service requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution, communicating effectively with customers and vendors.
  • Vendor Communication : Act as the liaison between customers and vendors, ensuring claims are handled in accordance with contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Issue Resolution : Resolve issues or escalate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and effective resolution of claims.
  • Documentation : Accurately document all claims, requests, follow-ups, and resolutions in the system, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
  • Performance Standards : Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience : 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, with a focus on claims handling, dispatching, or vendor management.
  • Customer Service Skills : Exceptional customer service skills with a professional tone, clear communication, and effective voice inflection.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple claims and requests simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in call center software, claims management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Problem Solving : Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Claims Experience : Previous experience handling emergency claims or working within a contract network environment is a plus.
  • Multitasking : Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
