Pay Rate Range: US $45 - US $49.00 per hour

Requirements / Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team, specializing in video engineering . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video operations and systems management and will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with a focus on IT and video engineering
• Proficiency in video engineering software , data analysis tools, and project management software. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Experience with cloud-based video processing and streaming technologies (preferred)
• Knowledge of video compression standards and codecs (preferred)
• Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management (preferred)

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for video engineering projects
• Work with IT and video engineering teams to design, develop, and implement system solutions that meet business needs
• Identify areas for process improvement within video engineering workflows and recommend solutions
• Utilize data analysis tools to interpret video performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides
