BSA Risk Specialist
Job Summary:
To monitor compliance with state and federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and OFAC laws and regulations.

Salary: $20.25-$25.00 DOE

Daily Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support to department staff and manager with BSA and enterprise risk compliance efforts.
• Monitor and respond to BSA and AML alerts and notifications.
• Conduct member interviews, as needed, in the process of researching BSA and other compliance concerns.
• Ongoing review of compliance processes and procedures for improved effectiveness.
• Work with sensitive and confidential information applicable to assigned duties.
• Remain current on applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and/or review applicable regulatory reports.
• Interact with various government agencies in performing compliance duties.
• Timely and accurate responses to BSA or other compliance related communications or requests.
