Position: Insurance Agent - Massachusetts
Location: Remote (Massachusetts-based)
Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and licensed Insurance Agent to drive our sales efforts in the Massachusetts market. In this role, you will primarily focus on converting filtered and pre-quoted leads into satisfied customers. You will also oversee our outbound call operations and collaborate with our team to enhance our sales processes. As you grow in this role, you'll have the opportunity to transition from active sales to a player-coach role, managing a broader team of agents and front-line personnel.

We welcome candidates at all experience levels, whether you're a seasoned agent or a motivated professional just starting out. The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (EST).
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the Massachusetts territory for personal auto insurance, with opportunities to expand into additional personal lines and commercial auto.
Build strong community relationships and establish yourself as the go-to expert for auto insurance.
Present and explain all available insurance policy options to clients.
Generate quotes based on driving information and other criteria; bind and issue policies.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, assisting with claims and billing inquiries.
What You Bring:
Valid Insurance Producer License (Full Property & Casualty Producers License required).
Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
A drive to achieve and exceed targets with significant bonus incentives.
Familiarity with the Massachusetts insurance market is a plus.
Strong business and sales acumen, with excellent analytical skills.
A positive, ambitious attitude and the ability to use insurance software.
Knowledge of insurance policies is preferred.
Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills.
