• Handle all the accounting for a vehicle deal transactions
• Review and account for all deal documents
• Track Contracts and receivables

Payoff Liens and other liabilities

• Clean Accounting Schedules

Log and reconciles Deal Performance * Summarize and submit after-sell products

• Other task and responsibilities
• Cross train in office roles

Qualifications * Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform * Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve * Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team * Accounting degree (preferred, not required) * Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred About Us: The Kelly Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealership group that was founded in 1965.
