Key Responsibilities As A Nurse Practioner/Physician Assistant :
* Standard Operating Procedures : Execute treatments following our exclusive protocols for safe, effective results.
* Client Service Excellence : Guide clients through consultation to follow-up, ensuring top-notch service.
* Sanitation & Sterilization : Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Training & Coaching : Lead training programs and support Estheticians and staff.
* Employee Management : Collaborate on employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Record Management : Keep detailed and compliant client medical records.
* Administrative Leadership : Lead departmental meetings and stay updated on industry developments.
* Equipment/Inventory Management : Oversee equipment purchases, maintenance, and inventory.
* Sales Expertise : Use an education-based sales approach to inform clients about our products and services.
Qualifications For A Nurse Practioner/Physician Assistant :
* Experience : 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner, with expertise in aesthetic medical spa procedures.
* Certification : Certification and experience in performing injectables (Botox, fillers)
* Skills : Proficiency in medical spa procedures like injections, lasers, and advanced peels.Experience with body contouring procedures, Ability to perform various aesthetic treatments like cool sculpting, em sculpt, IPL, etc.
* Special Considerations : Must thrive in a rapidly scaling environment, possess excellent communication skills
Additional Perks:
